Dark Arrow

Once I was naïve, Fairy-tale Believer,

Holding hands, kisses on the cheeks.

It was once upon a time,

That is why we call it once not now.

Once I thought butterflies sweet not harm,

Not knowing some was poisons charm.

Once I had maleficent brave wings,

Then dark arrows took them far.

Calling me the darkest harm

That arrow is filled with poisons glow,

Freezing my blood with fear and scars.

The arrow I once trusted with my heart,

Now I am wingless like a broken pawn.

Once I had wonderland in my mind,

Daydreaming all the dam time.

Once I believed you will kiss to keep me warm,

You ended up twisting the arrow in my spine.

Once I said never will I ever trust any soul,

Yes never, but I still believe in my forever charm.
